Don Hilton founded Precision Electric in 1984, eight years after graduation, and 32 years later it is still running strong. He wanted a company that his employees enjoy working at, could provide the respect they deserve as well as benefits to help them grow their own families. He believes in surrounding himself with a professional workforce of people that are smarter than him, and uphold the company values.
When he’s not pulling and spraying weeds, cutting grass and trimming trees, catching mice, washing the skunk scent off his dog, doing community work or helping friends, he’s out working hard hunting elk….which is no easy task for an animal lover!
