Jason Fox is the President for Precision Electric. As President, Jason’s primary role is to provide leadership and overall direction for the company. Additionally, he formulates plans and policies to achieve company objectives and fulfills Precision’s commitment to its employees, clients, and communities.

Don and Kendra Hilton’s vision for Precision Electric has been the driving force behind the company’s success for nearly four decades. Founded in 1984, Precision Electric’s primary objective was to create a positive work environment for its employees, providing respect, benefits, and opportunities to support their families. The company’s philosophy of hiring a professional workforce smarter than its leaders and that shares the company’s values has been instrumental in its success.

As we look back on the remarkable 41-year journey with you, our employees, we are deeply grateful for your dedication, effort, and unwavering commitment to Precision Electric. Together, we have created something extraordinary, navigating challenges and celebrating achievements that have shaped our identity today. We are both excited and emotional to share that Jason Fox, our esteemed Vice President, will assume leadership of Precision as the new President and qualified individual (QI). Charlotte Fox will step into the roles of secretary, treasurer, and qualified employee (QE).
